Tonament is an online service. Nothing is shipped physically.

Delivery of paid plans

• Paid plans (Club, Open, Championship) are delivered digitally: the plan is activated on your tournament immediately after your payment succeeds.
• You'll see the plan and its entry limit in the tournament, and a receipt is sent to the email address on your account.
• If your plan isn't active within 1 hour of a successful payment, contact us with your payment ID and we'll activate it manually.

Entry fees for tournaments organised by Tonament

• Your entry is confirmed immediately after your payment succeeds: you'll see "You're entered" on the tournament page, and a receipt is emailed to you.
• If your entry isn't confirmed within 1 hour of a successful payment, contact us with your payment ID.
