Tonament

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of Tonament (tonament.com), operated by Tonament ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Tonament lets organisers create and run sports tournaments online: entries, draws, fixtures, live scoring and results. Spectators can follow tournaments without an account.

2. Accounts

You need an account to create tournaments. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account and for anyone you give organiser or umpire access, or a share link, to.

3. Organisers' responsibilities

4. Plans and payment

Tournaments are free up to 16 entries. Bigger tournaments need a paid plan: Club (up to 64 entries, ₹499), Open (up to 150, ₹999) or Championship (up to 400, ₹1,999). Entries are counted across all events in the tournament. Each plan is a one-time payment for one tournament and is not transferable to another tournament; upgrading to a bigger plan costs only the difference. Tournaments that bought the original Event Pass keep unlimited entries. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Tournaments marked "Organised by Tonament" are run by us and may charge an entry fee for each event, shown before you enter and paid online through Razorpay. The fee secures your place in that event and can't be transferred to another player or event. Refunds of entry fees follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Eligibility for an event (for example an age group, level or gender) is self-declared, and we may remove an entry that doesn't meet the event's rules, with a refund of any fee paid.

Organisers are responsible for the text and images they add to their tournament pages (including logos, sponsor logos and photos) and must have the right to use them. Don't upload anything unlawful, offensive or that shows people who haven't agreed to it. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, abusive or misleading content, no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and no automated scraping.

6. Availability

We work to keep Tonament reliable but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

You can stop using Tonament at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at the place of our registered address.
